🥘 Ingredients

The Seafood

  • 300g (10 oz) White fish fillets (Cod, Tilapia, or Sea Bass), cut into bite-sized chunks

  • 200g (7 oz) Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Butter

The Creamy Sauce

  • 200ml (1 cup) Heavy cream

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 small Shallot or onion, finely diced

  • 50ml Dry white wine (optional, or use chicken/fish stock)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste
