  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds mixed with 5 tablespoons water (your “flax eggs”)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of sea salt
