Cauliflower and cheese casserole



Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until they are tender but not mushy. Drain well and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the cooked cauliflower florets to the cheese mixture and gently stir to coat the cauliflower evenly.
  • ransfer the cauliflower and cheese mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
