CAULIFLOWER BUFFALO WINGS



Ingredients:

For the Cauliflower:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup almond flour (or other low-carb flour of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter or ghee
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional, but adds depth of flavor)
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt

For Serving:

  • Celery sticks
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)
