  • ▢2 tbsp cream cheese full fat
  • ▢1 tbsp garlic crushed
  • ▢1 tbsp parsley fresh or dried
  • ▢1 tsp baking powder
  • ▢pinch ( pinch) salt to taste
  • ▢1 eggs – medium medium
