  • Baking Powder: 1 tsp (this gives it that “fluffy” lift)

  • Butter: 1/4 cup melted butter

  • Seasonings: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning, and a pinch of nutmeg (optional, but elevates the spinach).
