Decadent Pecan Cream Pie

This “no-bake” style filling (on a pre-baked crust) is lighter than the traditional heavy syrup version but packs even more flavor.

🛒 Ingredients

The Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)

  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

The Creamy Filling:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold

  • 1 ½ cups toasted pecan halves (chopped)

The Topping:

  • Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • Extra whole pecans for decoration
