Healthy Chayote & Lemon Juice

This drink is light, hydrating, and full of Vitamin C and fiber.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Chayote (peeled and pitted)

  • 1 cup Water (or coconut water for extra electrolytes)

  • Juice of 1 Lemon or Lime

  • A small piece of Ginger (optional, for digestion)

  • A handful of Parsley (optional, for extra nutrients)
