Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and cooked pasta.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and milk until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken, bacon, and pasta mixture. Toss to evenly coat everything.
  4. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the mixture turns a light golden color. This is your roux.

  6. Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and the sauce is smooth. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
  7. Pour the cheese sauce over the chicken, bacon, and pasta mixture in the large bowl. Gently toss to combine, ensuring everything is evenly coated with the cheesy sauce.
  8. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
  10. Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  11. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving for added flavor and color.
