Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the mashed avocado. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the avocado-cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for spreading.
- Use the back of a spoon to flatten and spread each mound into a thin, circular shape, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
- Once cooled, carefully transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become extra crispy.
