Keto Avocado Cheese Crisp



Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the mashed avocado. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the avocado-cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for spreading.
  5. Use the back of a spoon to flatten and spread each mound into a thin, circular shape, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
  8. Once cooled, carefully transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become extra crispy.
