Keto Cheesy Focaccia in a Pan



Ingredients:

For the Focaccia:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (or other herbs of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Additional dried rosemary for sprinkling
