Keto Cinnamon Bread



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener for the cinnamon swirl
