Keto Cinnamon Donut Muffins



Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well until a smooth batter forms.

  10. Place the coated muffins on a wire rack to cool completely.
