Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, almond milk, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and orange zest to the bowl. Mix again until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or orange flavor according to your preference. You can add more sweetener or orange zest if desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and insert popsicle sticks into the center.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for about 4-6 hours or until the creamsicles are completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the creamsicles from the molds. If you used paper cups, you can simply tear off the paper to reveal the creamsicles.
- Enjoy your Keto Easy Freezy Orange Creamsicles as a delightful and low-carb treat on a hot day!
Note: You can also experiment with other fruit flavors by replacing the orange juice and zest with your favorite keto-friendly fruit puree or juice. Just make sure to adjust the sweetener accordingly to maintain the keto-friendliness of the recipe.
