Keto Easy Freezy Orange Creamsicles

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, almond milk, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and orange zest to the bowl. Mix again until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or orange flavor according to your preference. You can add more sweetener or orange zest if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and insert popsicle sticks into the center.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for about 4-6 hours or until the creamsicles are completely frozen.
  6. Once frozen, remove the creamsicles from the molds. If you used paper cups, you can simply tear off the paper to reveal the creamsicles.
