Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Add the keto-friendly taco seasoning mix and prepare according to the package instructions.
Lay out the keto-friendly tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or platter.
Heat the can of refried black soybeans in a small saucepan over low heat.
Spoon the refried black soybeans over the tortilla chips, spreading them evenly.
Add the seasoned meat over the beans.
Pour the low-carb salsa over the meat.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced jalapenos (if desired).
Serve with keto-friendly sour cream on the side.
