- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced or grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (for thickening, optional)
For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
