- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized rounds or patties. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the zucchini bites with a little olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
