Cook the Pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
Add Tomatoes & Spinach Toss in the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2–3 minutes until they start to soften. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
Add the Flavor Stir in the olives and capers. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine Pasta & Sauce Add the cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes to combine and heat through.
Serve Plate and garnish with fresh herbs and cheese if desired.
