One-Pot Creamy Beef & Shells

What You’ll Need

  • 1 lb Lean ground beef (80/20 or 90/10)

  • 8 oz Medium pasta shells (uncooked)

  • 2 cups Beef broth

  • 1 cup Heavy cream or half-and-half

  • 1.5 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Seasonings: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to taste.

  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish.
