Ingredients

  • Beef Patties: 1.5 lbs ground beef (formed into 4–6 oval patties).

  • Mushrooms: 8 oz sliced mushrooms (cremini or white button).

  • The Gravy: 2 packets (approx. 1 oz each) brown gravy mix or onion gravy mix.

  • Liquid: 1.5 cups water (or beef broth for extra richness).

  • Optional Aromatics: 1 small onion (sliced) and 1 tsp garlic powder.
