Ingredients

1 lb Smoked Sausage: Kielbasa or Andouille work best; sliced into rounds.

1 head Green Cabbage: Chopped into large, 2-inch chunks.

1.5 lbs Potatoes: Yukon Gold or Red potatoes hold their shape best; chopped into 1-inch cubes.

1 cup Chicken Broth: Or water, though broth adds much more flavor.
