Sugar-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar-free dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter (natural, no-sugar-added is best)

  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil (refined if you don’t want a coconut taste)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt (optional, but highly recommended)

  • Sweetener Note: If your chocolate chips are very dark (85%+), you may want to add 2 tablespoons of powdered erythritol or monk fruit.
