Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Optional toppings: sliced banana, chopped nuts, chocolate chips

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, beaten eggs, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- If desired, top the batter with sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips.
- Bake the banana bread for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice the banana bread and serve it warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
Note: You can also add other mix-ins to the batter, such as blueberries, shredded coconut, or chopped dried fruit. Just be mindful of the additional moisture and adjust the baking time as needed.
