Cream cheese stuffed sweet peppers



Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the sweet peppers, remove the seeds and membranes, and set them aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, bacon bits, and Ranch seasoning. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Carefully stuff each sweet pepper with the cream cheese and bacon mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket or tray, making sure they are not touching each other.
  7. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 8 minutes, or until the peppers are tender, and the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
  8. Carefully remove the stuffed peppers from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
  9. Optionally, garnish with additional bacon bits or chopped fresh herbs if desired.
