Creamy Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts with Bacon



Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the garlic over medium heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until it has melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Transfer the Brussels sprouts and sauce to the prepared baking sheet. Top with the cooked bacon.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
