Crock Pot Potato Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Ingredients
1 bag (about 28 oz) frozen diced hash browns
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
Optional: cooked bacon bits and chopped parsley for topping
