microwave cram cheese for 15 seconds in a mirowave safe bowl. Mix cream cheese until no lumps, add Munk fruit and vanilla. Wisk until smooth. Add hwc and egg and wisk until smooth. Pour into ramekin. Microwave for 1 min. Cake should be bubbling a edges but not completely set. Cook additional min but only in 30 sec intervals. Allow cake to cool a few min. Use a spatula to loosen the edges and slid onto a plate. Cool in Frig for at least an hour ( very important so it doesn’t taste eggy). Serve chilled with with topping of choice ( a couple berries, some whipped cream, a little coco powder or sugar free choc chips)
