90-Second Flaxseed Mug Bread
This recipe makes one small loaf (the size of a ramekin) like the one in your photo.
Ingredients

1/4 cup Ground flaxseed meal (golden flaxseed looks best!)

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1 Large egg

1 tsp Melted butter or Olive oil

1 tbsp Water or Milk (optional, for a softer texture)

A pinch of salt

Optional: A few whole flaxseeds for the topping (as seen in the picture).
