Flaxseed Mug Bread

90-Second Flaxseed Mug Bread

This recipe makes one small loaf (the size of a ramekin) like the one in your photo.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Ground flaxseed meal (golden flaxseed looks best!)

  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 Large egg

  • 1 tsp Melted butter or Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Water or Milk (optional, for a softer texture)

  • A pinch of salt

  • Optional: A few whole flaxseeds for the topping (as seen in the picture).
