Ingredients

  • Dough: 1 pack of Phyllo pastry (Yufka) or 3-4 large thin dough sheets.

  • Filling:

    • 1 lb (500g) Ground beef

    • 1 large onion (finely chopped)

    • 2-3 green onions (chopped)

    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

    • Salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste

    • Fresh parsley (finely chopped)

  • Sauce (to brush between layers):

    • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

    • 1 egg
