•1 can of sliced potatoes
•1 can of mixed vegetables
•1can of chunked chicken
•1 can of cream of chicken soup
•A little garlic salt, minced garlic, and creole seasoning.
•Two handfuls of spinach

Combined all canned goods and spices into a pot. I did not drain anything all liquids went into the pot. I let it simmer for for about 40 minutes. Even though everything was already cooked, I wanted the vegetables to be softer than straight from the can. Once I turned the burner off I added in the handfuls of spinach that I had on hand.
Also, to address everyone going crazy over using canned goods because of all the salt; I get and understand the concern. Canned goods often have lots of sodium. This recipe can absolutely be made with fresh ingredients, frozen ingredients, or lower sodium items. You are the one who gets to decide what you like and is best for your own family.
