Ingredients:

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (sugar-free)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or any keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 4 oz unsweetened dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
