Keto Double Chocolate Coffee No Bake Cookies 🍪 from my friend Mandy!

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups Peanut Butter or other nut butter
1 T vanilla
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup cold press coffee or regular coffee chilled
4 cups almond flour
1 cup Swerve Brown Sugar
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup SF chocolate chips

Instructions:
Melt butter and PB, mix in flour, coconut flakes, cocoa, sugar, coffee, vanilla until well mixed. Lastly, mix in chocolate chips.
Scoop onto cookie tray, then refrigerate or freeze!
Enjoy!
