Keto-friendly Chicken Parmesan



Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned.
  5. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish. Spoon the marinara sauce over each breast, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or basil if desired.
