Keto Oven Fried Chicken



Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  3. In another shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the whisked eggs, making sure it’s coated all over.
  5. Transfer the chicken to the almond flour mixture and press the mixture onto the chicken to coat it thoroughly. Gently shake off any excess coating.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Lightly spray the top of the coated chicken breasts with cooking spray or brush with a thin layer of olive oil. This will help the coating become crispy in the oven.
  8. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  9. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve the Keto Oven Fried Chicken with your favorite low-carb dipping sauce, a side salad, or some steamed vegetables.
