Ingredients:

Cookie Base:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Caramel Layer:

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce (you can use a store-bought version or make your own using a recipe with keto-friendly sweeteners)

Chocolate Coating:

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
