Ingredients:
Cookie Base:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Caramel Layer:
- 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce (you can use a store-bought version or make your own using a recipe with keto-friendly sweeteners)
Chocolate Coating:
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
