*Ingredients
°½ c soft butter
°¾ c sugar
°2 eggs
°1 ½ c flour
°½ tsp. baking powder
°zest of a lemon
°½ cup milk
°1 cup blueberries
+Trim
°Juice of a lemon
°¼ cup sugar
* Methods
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Beat butter with sugar & eggs. Adding flour, baking powder also lemon zest with the milk. Adding blueberries. Placing in a greased loaf pan. Baking at 350°F for 60 min. Pour filling over the top when bread is still warm.
