Sugar-Free Chocolate Squares


Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and your sweetener of choice. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth and there are no dry clumps of cocoa left.

  2. Prepare the Mold: Line a small rectangular container with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in and smooth the top with a spatula.

  3. Chill: Place the container in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours. You want it firm enough to slice, but not frozen solid like an ice cube.

  4. Slice: Lift the parchment paper out of the container. Use a sharp knife (dipped in hot water for clean cuts) to slice the block into uniform squares.

  5. Finish (Optional): If you want them to look like the picture, you can dust them with extra cocoa powder or dip them quickly into melted sugar-free chocolate and let them set in the fridge for 10 minutes.
