Prep the Ham: Place your ham cubes into a 4-to-6-quart slow cooker.

Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth.

Coat: Pour the glaze over the ham and toss everything together until every piece is well-coated.

Slow Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 3–4 hours or on High for 1.5–2 hours. You’re looking for the sauce to thicken into a sticky syrup and the edges of the ham to caramelize.

Serve: Give them one final stir to coat them in the bottom juices. Serve them straight out of the crockpot with a jar of toothpicks on the side.
Pro Tip: Если you want them extra crispy, you can spread them on a baking sheet and broil them for 2–3 minutes after they finish in the slow cooker.
