The Ingredients

For the Crepe Batter

  • All-Purpose Flour: 1 ½ cups

  • Plant-Based Milk: 2 cups (Oat or Soy milk work best for a creamy consistency)

  • Melted Coconut Oil or Vegan Butter: 2 tbsp

  • Maple Syrup or Agave: 1 tbsp

  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp

  • Salt: A tiny pinch

  • Optional: A splash of sparkling water (this creates a lighter, airier texture)

For the Filling & Garnish

  • Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread: For the classic look in the photo.

  • Crushed Hazelnuts or Walnuts: For a bit of crunch.

  • Optional: Sliced strawberries or bananas to tuck inside.
