Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts or Thighs (boneless, skinless)

  • 1 lb Gold Potatoes (peeled and cubed into 1-inch pieces)

  • 2 large Carrots (peeled and sliced into rounds)

  • 1 cup Celery (diced)

  • 3 cups Chicken Broth (low sodium preferred)

  • 1 packet (1 oz) Ranch Seasoning Mix (or a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill)

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (added at the end for that creamy texture)

  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
