Instructions
Brush 4 halved bell peppers with olive oil,
salt & pepper and pre cook them in a preheated 375° oven for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare filling by browning 1 lb Ground Beef (or thin steaks), 1/2 onion (diced), 3 cloves garlic (minced), 1 Small Bell Pepper (diced) and 1/2 cup Mushrooms (diced). Seasoned with Salt & Pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add 1-3 Tbsps Worchestershire Sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
Fill peppers by layering Provolone, Meat filling, another layer of Provolone and meat mixture. Top with Provolone and place back in oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
