Roast Meat: 1kg (approx. 2 lbs) of Pork Shoulder (Boston Butt) or Beef Chuck Roast.

Potatoes: 500g Baby yellow potatoes (left whole).

Garlic Butter Sauce: 1/2 cup salted butter + 4–5 cloves of minced garlic (or a pre-made Garlic Herb Butter).
