Three-Ingredient Boozy Fudge


Instructions

  1. Prep the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang on the sides so you can easily lift the fudge out later.

  2. Melt the Base: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well in between each, until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted.

  3. Add the Kick: Once the mixture is smooth, stir in your alcohol of choice. The mixture might look like it wants to “seize” or thicken up quickly—this is normal. Just keep stirring until the liquid is fully incorporated and the fudge is glossy.

  4. Set: Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours (or overnight) until firm.

  6. Slice: Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper handles. Use a sharp knife to cut it into small, uniform squares like the ones in your photo.


Pro Tip: To get those perfectly clean edges seen in your image, dip your knife in hot water and wipe it dry between every single cut.
