Ingredients
To make the dough –
- ▢3 cups All Purpose flour
- ▢2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry yeast
- ▢1 teaspoon Sugar
- ▢3 tablespoon Olive oil
- ▢2 tablespoon Yogurt
- ▢1 teaspoon Salt
- ▢1 ¼ cup Warm water might need more or less
To make the Filling –
- ▢10 oz Spinach chopped
- ▢1 Onion finely chopped
- ▢8 oz Feta cheese
- ▢1 ½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper adjust based on spice level
- ▢2 teaspoon Olive oil
