Ingredients:
For the Batter:
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds mixed with 6 tablespoons warm water (as an egg substitute)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

I was so excited to see this, but having been a diabetic (beat it through diet) I still do not eat anything white (flour) and I do not do oil. Suggestions?
