Vegan garlic bread



Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette or bread in half horizontally, creating two long halves.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened vegan butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the garlic butter is melted and slightly golden.
  7. If you want the top to be more golden and crispy, you can broil it for an additional 1-2 minutes, but be sure to watch it closely to prevent burning.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two.
  9. Slice the garlic bread into individual pieces and serve while it’s warm.
