Keto Dinner Rolls

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with butter or oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the melted butter and sour cream. Mix until the wet ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough. The dough should be sticky but pliable.
  5. Using your hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into rolls. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Optionally, you can brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter to give them a nice golden finish.
  7. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
