Vegan Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites



Ingredients:

For the cauliflower bites:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or chickpea flour for a gluten-free option)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the buffalo sauce:

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)
  • 1/4 cup melted vegan butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup

For serving:

  • Celery and carrot sticks
  • Vegan ranch or blue cheese dressing
